The more I know about your business and what you need, the better I can match you with the right space before we even get on the phone. It saves us both time and means I show up to that first conversation with options that are actually relevant — not a generic list of whatever's available.
What if I don't know the answers to some of the questions?

That's completely fine — skip anything you're unsure about. The only fields you actually need to fill out are your name and phone number. Everything else helps me help you better, but none of it is required. If you're early in the process and don't have all the answers yet, that's exactly when it makes sense to reach out.
What happens after I submit this?

No. Filling out this form is free. Talking to me is free. On most deals I can represent you as a tenant at no cost to you — the landlord's side pays the fee. Even on properties where I represent the landlord, I'll make sure you have the information you need to make a smart decision. There's nothing to lose by reaching out.
I'm not ready to commit to anything — is that okay?

Completely okay. A lot of people reach out when they're just starting to think about it. The earlier you start the conversation, the better positioned you'll be when you are ready. Commercial spaces take longer to find and lease than most people expect — starting early gives you options. There's zero obligation in reaching out.
